Important Information
All tickets are assigned seating
All tickets are final sale – no cancellations, exchanges or refunds.
Special Needs Seating:
The front row, Row “A”, is at floor level. This is our accessible row to accommodate special needs.
Show Cancellation:
In the exceptional circumstance that a performance is cancelled, an announcement will be made on the theatre’s information line (902) 477-2663
Seating Policy – Latecomers
We endeavour to minimize the inconvenience to our patrons and the actors when seating latecomers. Should you arrive late, you will be asked to remain in the lobby until a suitable break in the performance, at which time, Front of House staff will direct you to an available seat.
Children
Tickets must be purchased for any child attending a performance and children must be seated where they can be supervised by a parent or guardian. We welcome children old enough to enjoy our productions, however children under 3 years are not permitted in the theatre. The live theatre experience, which includes a dark auditorium, bright lights, and sound effects, is too overwhelming for children under the age of 4 years. Babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre, out of courtesy to our audiences and our actors.
Easter Seals Access 2 Program
The Theatre Arts Guild is pleased to participate in the Easter Seals Access 2 Program which is designed for patrons who have a permanent disability and require the assistance of a support person. As an Access 2 cardholder, you will pay regular admission, and your support person will receive free admission. To purchase tickets under the program, call 902-477-2663 and leave a message. One of our volunteers will return your call as soon as possible.
