This delightful play tells the story of a very successful, but cantankerous, novelist who suddenly discovers that he knows nothing about his maid of 28 years. She, on the other hand, knows absolutely everything about him! He makes it his mission to learn all he can about her. With revelations that are surprising, funny and extremely moving, this is a love story, a social commentary and a mystery wrapped in witty dialogue and vivid imagery.
Santa Claus – the Panto

Santa and his elves are busy preparing at the North Pole as Christmas approaches. But Beatrix the Bad Fairy, determined to ruin Christmas, kidnaps Santa. It's up to Santa’s daughter Crystal, Gloria the Good Fairy, and Simon the snowman to rescue Santa and save Christmas.

It has been quite a while since we have had a Gilbert and Sullivan show in Halifax so TAG is taking the opportunity to create a sampler of Gilbert and Sullivan treats. On the weekend of January 26 we will have some of your favorites presented to you by a roster of singer and actors. The audience will be welcome to join in with the choruses if the spirit so moves.
Murder Tonight

Murder Tonight follows three sisters Sophia, Olivia and Mia as they establish themselves with careers, boyfriends and the trappings of adult life. We also meet them nearly twenty years later as they get together to celebrate one of the husband's birthdays. Time has taken its toll on relationships and reality can no longer be swept under the carpet. It's time to put things right, time for new directions but can this be done calmly, rationally or is there another solution?

Great Kettle for the People

An ode to Nova Scotia and its favourite drink, written by local playwright Troy Ginter, Great Kettle for the People could be about any small coastal village in Nova Scotia. It just so happens that in this particular one the greatest cups of tea are actually made. Mel, a kind old lady, passes away and leaves the special tea kettle to her grandson Frank, the rest of the village, including Mel's closest friends, descend on the kettle.
